1. ABOUT INSTANTLABOUR
Instantlabour is a neutral online platform that enables users to post, view, and connect in relation to job opportunities.
Instantlabour is a United Kingdom-based online marketplace and matching platform designed to connect workers with employers. The platform operates strictly as an intermediary service, facilitating introductions and connections between users.
Instantlabour is a matching service only. We do not introduce, match, recruit, employ, or supply workers, and we do not act as an employment agency, recruitment agency, or employment business unless expressly stated otherwise. We do not negotiate, manage, or supervise any work arrangements, and we are not a party to any agreements, contracts, or engagements entered into between workers and employers.
We do not process wages, handle payments between users, or assume any responsibility for employment terms, performance, conduct, or outcomes arising from any engagement made through the platform.
2. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS
By accessing, browsing, registering with, or using the platform in any way—including creating an account, submitting information, posting or responding to job opportunities, subscribing to services, or interacting with other users—you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the platform.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
3. ELIGIBILITY
To use the platform, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements under applicable law.
If you are using the platform on behalf of a company, business, or other legal entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In such cases, references to “you” or “your” include both the individual user and the relevant entity.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform if we reasonably believe that a user does not meet these eligibility requirements.
4. PLATFORM MODEL
Instantlabour provides a platform through which workers and employers may connect using two primary methods:
4.1 Post a Job
Employers may create and publish job listings on the platform. At the time of posting, employers may select a listing duration of 7 days or 14 days, after which the listing may automatically expire or be removed.
This feature allows workers to review available opportunities and submit applications directly through the platform.
4.2 Instant Labour
In addition to job postings, the platform offers an “Instant Labour” feature, enabling employers to search for and directly contact workers based on criteria such as location, category, or availability, without the need to create a formal job listing.
This feature is intended to support short-notice or same-day engagements, where employers may require immediate access to available workers.
Workers
may:
a. apply for job listings posted by employers; or
b. accept or respond to direct opportunities initiated by employers through the
Instant Labour feature.
Instantlabour does not control, manage, or guarantee the outcome of any interaction, communication, or arrangement made through either method.
5. NO EMPLOYMENT RELATIONSHIP / NO PLATFORM RESPONSIBILITY
Instantlabour acts solely as an online intermediary platform facilitating connections between workers and employers. Instantlabour is not a party to any relationship, agreement, engagement, assignment, hiring decision, or transaction between users of the platform.
For the avoidance of doubt, Instantlabour does not act as an employer, employment agency, recruitment agency, contractor, or agent for any user, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
We
do not:
a. guarantee that any worker will obtain work or engagement through the
platform;
b. guarantee that any employer will identify, engage, or retain a suitable
worker;
c. guarantee the quality, conduct, legality, skill level, availability,
qualifications, references, work history, identity, or suitability of any user;
d. process, manage, or facilitate wages, salaries, or any form of payment
between users;
e. withhold or account for tax, national insurance contributions, pension
contributions, or any other statutory or regulatory payments;
f. supervise, control, or monitor any work performed by users;
g. participate in or resolve any disputes relating to work, pay, attendance,
conduct, performance, dismissal, injury, contractual disagreements, or any
other matter arising between users.
All arrangements, agreements, and obligations entered into between a worker and an employer are strictly between those parties, and each party is solely responsible for their own compliance with applicable laws and obligations.
6. ACCOUNTS AND REGISTRATION
To access certain features of the platform, users may be required to create an account and provide requested information.
By
registering, you agree that:
a. all information provided is accurate, complete, current, and not misleading;

c. you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
credentials;

6A. User Acknowledgements
As part of using the Platform, Users may be required to confirm certain statements, declarations, or acknowledgements through on-screen checkboxes, prompts, or similar mechanisms during registration, verification, job posting, or other platform interactions.
By selecting or confirming such checkboxes or prompts, you acknowledge and agree that:
Failure to provide required acknowledgements may result in limited access to certain features of the Platform.
7. VERIFIED AND UNVERIFIED STATUS
7.1 Verified
A “Verified” badge indicates only that a user has submitted identification or requested information to the platform for internal platform-security purposes, including confirming that the user appears to be a real individual or legitimate entity.

c. verified professional licences, qualifications, references, employment
history, or experience;

Users acknowledge and agree that interacting with unverified accounts may carry increased risk, and they are solely responsible for exercising appropriate caution and conducting any necessary checks.

Instantlabour
reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to:
a. remove or revoke a Verified badge;

Nothing in this section affects any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
12. NO GUARANTEE
We
do not guarantee:
a. job offers;
b. worker availability;
c. employer responses;
d. successful matches;
e. same-day fulfilment;
f. quality, reliability, attendance, suitability, legality, or authenticity of
any user, profile, listing, or opportunity.
13. DATA SHARING BETWEEN USERS
Instantlabour does not act as an intermediary for the transfer of confidential or personal data between workers and employers beyond the ordinary operation of the platform. Users are responsible for deciding what they share with each other once contact is made.
14. COMPLAINTS
If you have a complaint about the platform, you must submit it via the website Contact Us page or by any contact method we publish for complaints.
We may review complaints at our discretion. Submission of a complaint does not require us to mediate, investigate employment disputes, recover payments, or take action against another user.
Users may also report content, listings, or behaviour that they believe to be unlawful, misleading, abusive, or in breach of these Terms. We may review such reports and take action at our discretion, which may include removing content, restricting accounts, or suspending users.
15. SUSPENSION, RESTRICTION, AND TERMINATION
We may suspend, restrict, remove, or terminate accounts, listings, content, badges, subscriptions, or access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, if we believe it is appropriate to protect the platform, our users, or our legal position.
